1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and t1bet ("t1bet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the t1bet website located at https://t1bet.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.2 Account Accuracy

Any winnings accrued through an account registered with false information may be voided.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active t1bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. t1bet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t1 bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. t1bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify t1bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

t1bet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your t1bet account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. t1bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but t1bet endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld where t1bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on t1bet are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). t1bet does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all accounts. The applicable minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section of your t1bet account. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance meets or exceeds the minimum amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

t1bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your t1bet account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

t1bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

t1bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the effective date of the change.

6. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on t1bet are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the wager is placed. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

t1bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and not subject to manipulation by t1bet or any third party. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are subject to the rules of the respective game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, t1bet will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, t1bet reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t1bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by t1bet

t1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to t1bet, other players, or third parties.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your t1bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
